Takosh Technical Solutions is a product engineering team based in Hyderabad. We build web applications and mobile apps end to end — design, backend, testing, deployment and the ongoing work of keeping them running. We are currently the engineering team behind a staffing platform that recruitment teams use in production every working day.

Recruitment teams source candidates, track pipelines and close roles on a platform we designed, built and continue to run. It handles live hiring workflows every working day, which means our work gets judged on uptime and release quality rather than on a demo.

How we work
The people who build it are the people who run it.
Takosh Technical Solutions was incorporated in May 2024 by a small group of engineers who kept seeing the same thing go wrong: software gets built, handed over, and then quietly left to rot. We started the company to work the other way round — design a product, ship it, and stay responsible for it afterwards.
Today we are a team of more than ten in Hyderabad, covering product, engineering, QA and DevOps. We stay deliberately small, because it means the people who design your system are the same people who write it — and the same people who get the alert when something breaks at three in the morning.
